Satisfaction Guarantee
Beaded Energy is so confident in our products that we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the look of your selected piece for any reason, return it to us within 14-days of receipt. Please email us at: sales@beadedenergy.com to let us know you are returning the jewelry. You will receive a full refund of your purchase price less shipping costs.
In order to qualify for the full refund, jewelry must be returned in its original condition and must not show signs of alteration, damage or wear.
All custom jewelry orders are final sales.
Packaging
All Beaded Energy necklaces & bracelets come with a sterling silver or gold filled jewelry tag and are stylishly packaged inside of a royal blue, velvet jewelry pouch that will help in maintaining the natural luster of the sterling silver. We also include our Jewlery Care Cards with each order.
Gift Wrapping is available for an additional $3.00 per item. This includes placing the jewelry pouch inside a grooved, oatmeal colored box, sprinkled with potpourri and tied off with satin ribbon. The box has a very organic feel offering a contrast to the richness of the satin ribbon and lending to the very concept of Beaded Energy: Natural yet luxurious. In addition, the potpourri creates a fresh aroma that delights the senses as the package is opened!
You will be able to add gift wrap upon placing items in your shopping cart.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order you will receive an email order confirmation. All jewelry items are hand made to order so please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. (Requests for expedited order processing should be sent to sales@beadedenergy.com.) An email shipping confirmation will be sent once your jewelry has been made and is ready for shipping.
Please ensure that your correct e-mail address is included! When you place an order online you will receive an email confirming that order. If there is an error in your email address, we WILL ship your order, but we will be unable to email your order confirmation to you.
Credit Card Orders
Our website offers a secure shopping cart system that accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & PayPal. On the order form you can safely enter your financial information via the secure server, which encrypts all submitted information using the latest encryption technology.

Sales Tax
Beaded Energy is a Georgia incorporated business and is required by law to charge residents of the state 7% sales tax.
Shipping to United States Destinations
We ship via United States Postal Service & UPS. Several shipping options are available and are based on type of shipping & total weight of your items. All shipping is at cost; Beaded Energy does not charge any handling fees. All shipping options & costs are presented in the check-out phase.
In addition, we offer Free USPS Priority Mail shipping for all orders exceeding $55.00! This shipping option generally takes 2 – 3 business days for delivery. Please note that free shipping is only available within the continental United States.
If an email address is provided, you will receive an electronic copy of your receipt and transaction total. We will notify you via email when your order will ship. Orders are processed Monday – Friday from 9am EST – 5pm EST excluding holidays. We will ship to P.O. Boxes.

Rush Orders
Please email us directly if you are requesting a rush order. We will do our best to accommodate each of these requests however most orders will take approximately 3 days to create. Orders must be placed by 12/15 in order to guarantee Christmas Delivery.

Please ship to us using the US Postal Service as this is a P.O. BOX. We do recommend insuring your delivery & using Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package.
Please make sure your return is adequately padded to avoid damage in transit. Sorry, but we are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your returned jewelry. You will receive an email confirming your refund. Please note, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Jewelry Repairs
Beaded Energy will repair purchased jewelry items that are broken due to workmanship for the first 6-months. All jewelry items will be inspected to determine the cause of the defect. If the cause is determined to be something other than workmanship, Beaded Energy will repair the item for a fee of replacement cost plus labor. Please note that suitable replacements for lost/broken stones may be used due to limited quantities of our some-of-a-kind and one-of-a-kind pieces. Please contact us if you have a piece of jewelry in need of repair.
